Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use the LeadQube Chrome extension, the LeadQube portal at https://crm.ajtechsoft.in/portal/, and when you buy LeadQube Premium. LeadQube is provided by (“we”, “us”). By using LeadQube or paying for Premium you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The LeadQube extension is free. LeadQube Premium is a paid online service that switches on extra features for your LeadQube account for a fixed period, as described on the Pricing page.
2. Your account
- You create a LeadQube account by signing in with Google. Premium belongs to that Google account and can't be moved to another one.
- An account is for one person. Keep access to your Google account secure; you are responsible for what is done with it.
- You must be at least 18, or have your parent's or guardian's permission, to buy Premium.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the Pricing page and in checkout before you pay. The price shown is the full amount you pay. No taxes or fees are added at checkout.
- Premium is a one-time payment for a fixed number of months. It does not renew automatically and we never charge you again without you buying again.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, bank or wallet details go to Razorpay and your bank, not to us; we only receive the payment's reference, amount, method and status.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects Premium you have already paid for.
4. Delivery
Premium is a digital service and nothing is shipped. Premium is switched on for your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and we email you a receipt. The extension picks it up at its next check-in, or straight away when you press Check again in Settings → Plan. If Premium isn't on within an hour of a successful payment, contact us and we will switch it on or refund you.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use LeadQube to break any law, including data-protection, anti-spam and consumer laws;
- break the terms of the sites you capture leads from, such as LinkedIn's User Agreement or Google's terms;
- bypass, or help others bypass, Premium checks or limits, or resell access to Premium;
- interfere with the portal or its servers, or try to access accounts that aren't yours.
You are responsible for the leads and contacts you keep in LeadQube and for having a lawful basis to keep and use them.
7. Your data
With the extension on its own, your leads stay in your browser and your own Google Sheet; they never reach our servers.
With LeadQube Web (part of Premium), your workspace's leads, contacts and pipelines are stored on our servers so that you and the people you invite can use them in any browser. You own that data and decide what is kept; we store and process it only to provide LeadQube Web to you. Each member of a workspace needs their own Premium to change its data. When nobody in a workspace has Premium any more, it becomes read-only, and its data is deleted 90 days after the last day a member had Premium (the owner is emailed 30 and 7 days before). You can download all of it, or move it back to the free extension, at any time before then.
How we handle your data, account and payment information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and availability
- We keep improving LeadQube and may change its features. We won't take away a Premium feature you have paid for during your paid period without offering a refund for the remaining time.
- If we stop offering Premium, we will refund the unused part of any paid period, pro rata.
- LeadQube depends on Chrome, Google, Gmail, LinkedIn and Google Maps. If a change on their side stops a feature working, we will try to fix it quickly but can't promise it will always be possible.
9. Suspension
We may suspend Premium on an account that breaks section 6. Except in that case, if we suspend or close your account we will refund the unused part of your paid period.
10. Liability
LeadQube is provided “as is”. Keep your own copy of important data (for example, in your Google Sheet or a CSV export). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.
13. Contact
