Your data stays yours
On the free plan, your leads are kept in your browser and, if you connect one, in a Google Sheet in your Google account. They never reach our server. With LeadQube Web (Premium) you choose to store them with us, for you and your team only. We never sell or share anything.
- Leads, contacts and notes live in your browser and your own Google Sheet.
- Gmail is read only on the thread you have open — never your message bodies, and never through Gmail's API.
- When you sign in, our server learns only your email, name and extension version, so your plan can follow you.

Questions, answered
Is LeadQube really free?
Yes. Capturing leads, Today, the board and list, reminders, CSV import and export, and Google Sheet sync are all free, with 1 pipeline, 3 custom fields per pipeline and 2 saved views. Premium is optional and lifts those limits.
Where are my leads stored?
With the extension, in your browser and, if you connect one, in a Google Sheet in your own Google account; they never reach our servers. With LeadQube Web (Premium), on our servers, shared with the people you invite. You can download everything, or move it back to the extension, at any time.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free plan. Premium is tied to a LeadQube account that you create on the portal with the same Google account you use in the extension.
Does Premium renew automatically?
No. Premium never renews or charges you on its own. See Pricing and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can my team share one pipeline?
Yes. Connect a Google Sheet and share it with your colleagues; everyone's LeadQube syncs with it. With Premium you can also assign lead owners.
